Event cancellations must be received in writing according to the following schedule:
- 5 or more weeks before the beginning date of the event: full refund (100%) of the registration fee.
- Between 5 and 3 weeks before the beginning date of the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
- Less than 3 weeks before the beginning date of the event: no refund.
CMC Microsystems makes no commitments on refunds for travel or accommodations.
